In continuation of his lament for Nigeria, JOHN ODEY ADUMA today, commends the *indefatigable efforts of Their Lordships, especially the Penta Judges who have been working round the clock, going through all the case files of the February 25th Presidential Election petitions, and reminding them of their sacred  oath of office, adding they should bear in mind that their services are not to any human being, but to God, fatherland, humanity and posterity.

Whilst in the course of this onerous national and global assignment as the global community too is an important stakeholder in this case before them in that hallowed ground of service, even the Federal Court of Appeal in Abuja, Mr Aduma enjoins all of them severally to rededicate and recommit, first, themselves and then their services to God and fatherland,  but he is in tears again that even as major stakeholders in the matter before their Lordships, bearing in mind that despite the fact that some Ndigbo, especially those domiciled and their look-alikes in Lagos were disenfranchised, not a single judge from the Southeast POLIGEOZONE was appointed to represent them being major stakeholders in the Nigerian Federation and as major party to the matter under reference, nor has the matter of that ugly, brutish and bloody disenfranchisement been taken to any court of competent jurisdiction in the land.

As he weeps very profusely over this gradual and continuous deletion or expungement or chopping off of Ndigbo from the Nigerian Federation by the members of the Fulani-Hausa-Kanuri-Yoruba Alliance, he again as he has continued to warn against the deliberate exclusion of Ndigbo and their GEOPOLIZONE from the Nigerian Federation, concludes that even though the war on the battle fields ended on January 15, 1970, that civil war never really ended on the minds of some satanic Nigerians, hence they have been walking, running and flying with it on their minds, including doing the war against Ndigbo on their minds and practically in all of their actions and inactions as it concerns their relationships with Ndigbo, whilst they continue to mouth the so-called handshakes across the Niger at every opportunity – and as his very strong warning to the nation, especially those chaffs and Agberos (touts) of the Federation now holding sway in Government, even though illegitimately, he reckons that unless the mind war against Ndigbo by these elements ends forthwith, the nation does not only risk another war, but actual scatteration whereupon we shall all perish like fools.

Thus, as a way of putting an end to the war on the minds of some Nigerians, group of people in Nigeria (ethnic nationalities) or Geopolizone/s against the Southeast Geopolizone (Ndigbo), Mr Aduma counsels the total embracement, acceptance, and celebration of our diversity.

It is also Mr Aduma’s passionate desire that we must all as a people practise inclusion, encourage, preach, advocate it in our national life as we aim for and towards national unity, national integration and national cohesion as school pupil would practise their Quadratic Equations, Fractions or Pythagoras Theorem until they master them and ready for any Do Now activities or actual examination; and yet practise and practise and practise as a space pilot practises and practises and practises the art and science of putting a space craft in space or landing it on the moon.

Furthermore, he says we must remain not different nor be different or separated in our multicultural, multi-diverse, multi-lingual polity, but be united on the/our national palm, yet be uniquely unique as part of our national population variation or dynamics like each finger on/of the palm.

A NOTE FROM GREAT BRITAIN TO THEIR LORDSHIPS

…..on the threshold of history/eternity or infamy/curses/condemnation…judging justly or unjustly?

Dare to be a Joshua (24:15).

Once in a while all mankind, and with respect to the exigency of the moment, especially as presently under the watchful eyes of the Almighty God, all Nigeria, the world and all of humanity, have to be reminded of their noble callings and services here on earth and the purpose of life, whether it be to God or to man; (and) whether it be for self-glory, fame, pecuniary gains (filthy lucre, naira, dollars or pounds) or for God, fatherland, humanity, eternity and then be asked very kindly who they ought earnestly seek to serve – God or man? And then be kindly challenged to dare to be a Joshua.

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

EL-ROI – THE GOD WHO SEES ME

Psalm 139

You have searched me, Lord,
    and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
    you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
    you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue*
    you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
    and you lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

Where can I go from your Spirit?
    Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
    if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
    if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
    your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
    and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
    the night will shine like the day,
    for darkness is as light to you.

13 For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
    when I was made in the secret place,
    when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
    all the days ordained for me were written in your book
    before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God!
    How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
    they would outnumber the grains of sand—
    when I awake, I am still with you.

19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
    Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
    your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord,
    and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
    I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
    test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
    and lead me in the way everlasting.

Sooner or later this house shall either be called THE HOUSE OF JUSTICE or THE HOUSE OF INJUSTICE where justice is for sale, and for the highest bidder.

AND THIS HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED “THE HOUSE OF JUSTICE, BUT YOU HAVE TURNED IT INTO A HOUSE OF INJUSTICE” SELLING JUSTICE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER…ALL THE WORLD IS WATCHING YOU, GOD EVEN MORE!
