We on this side of the Atlantic know what these non-war Nigerian Generals are doing with the Defence and Security votes, including monies meant to buy weapons with, but since your thievery and robbery stem from your general ignorance that most Nigerians do not know what you do with the Defence, Security budgets and monies meant to purchase the right weapons to prosecute the war on terror in Nigeria in the last 20 years or more, but are diverting them for your private uses, know you assuredly that the God of all those soldiers that have died through ambushing and for lack of strategy, and more, because of your wickedness in embezzling these monies, El – Roi, the God who saw and still do see you and are seeing you as you conspire to yet divert further money meant for the salaries, upkeep of the men and women, including the ones for the purchasing of weapons with, says I should tell you, He is rising with the fiercest wrath ever to judge you, your families and all that participated with you in sharing the so-called NATIONAL CAKE.
And may the blood of the fallen, and all those whose salaries you (had) held onto, and still do hold onto till the very present, including all their allowances, be upon you and your families and your accomplices perpetually.
